Jilebd's Terms & Conditions – Fully in English

Jilebd An internationally licensed online betting and gaming platform operating for users in Bangladesh. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between Jilebd and the user.

These terms apply to Jilebd's website, mobile app, and all associated services. By accessing, browsing, or using any part of the platform, you fully agree to be bound by these terms.

Jilebd The right to amend these terms at any time without prior notice is reserved. Continued use of the platform after any changes are published will be considered acceptance of the updated terms.

JilebdTo open an account with us, you are required to provide accurate and complete information. Accounts created with false information may be terminated at any time.

• Each person may only register one account. Multiple accounts are strictly prohibited.
• It is the user's sole responsibility to keep their account login credentials (username and password) strictly confidential.
• Sharing your account with others or placing bets on behalf of another person is strictly prohibited.
• If any information provided at registration changes, you must notify Jilebd Support immediately.

JilebdMinimum age to participate in 18 years. Any account found to belong to a person under 18 will be immediately terminated and all associated winnings will be forfeited.

Jilebd may request the following documents at any time for age verification:

• National ID Card (NID)
• Valid Passport
• Driving License
• Birth Certificate (issued by the relevant authority)

Jilebd reserves the right to place withdrawals on hold until identity verification has been completed.

Jilebdcurrently accepts the following payment methods: Dutch-Bangla Bank transfer, bKash, Nagad, and Rocket.

• Minimum Deposit: ৳500
• Minimum Withdrawal: ৳500
• Withdrawal Processing Time: Typically between 30 minutes and 24 hours
• Deposits must be made from a bank account registered in your own name.
• Withdrawals will always be processed via the same method used for the original deposit.

For large withdrawal amounts, Jilebd may require additional time for further verification. This is done solely to protect your account.

JilebdAll bonuses and promotional offers are subject to specific terms and conditions. Accepting a bonus means you agree to the associated terms.

• Wagering Requirement: To withdraw bonus funds, the specified betting turnover requirement must be completed (typically 30x–40x).
• Multiple bonuses cannot be active at the same time unless explicitly permitted.
• Any bonus that is not used before its expiry date will be automatically forfeited.
• Jilebd reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time.
• If bonus abuse (arbitrage, bonus hunting) is detected, the bonus and any associated winnings will be voided.

All confirmed bets are final and cannot be cancelled. It is the user's responsibility to verify all details before confirming a bet.

• Minimum Bet: ৳20 (may vary by service and market).
• Jilebd reserves the right to void any bets placed at incorrect odds due to a technical error.
• Jilebd is not liable for any losses resulting from connectivity issues during live betting.
• Any winnings from bets found to involve match fixing or the use of insider information will be fully forfeited.
• Jilebd's own rules apply to the settlement of bets affected by event cancellations or umpire decisions.

JilebdThe following activities are strictly prohibited on

• Creating multiple accounts or using another person's account
• Bonus Abuse / Multi-Accounting
• Using the platform for money laundering or any other illegal financial activity
• Using any software, bot, or automated method to gain an unfair advantage
• Exploiting insider information or match manipulation
• Attempting to hack or gain unauthorized access to Jilebd's systems

Users may request account closure at any time. Any outstanding balance will be refunded, excluding bonus balances.

• In Case of a Terms Violation Jilebd May suspend or close accounts without notice.
• Accounts may be temporarily locked while suspicious activity is being investigated.
• A maintenance fee may apply to accounts that have been inactive for an extended period.

Jilebd We are firm believers in responsible gaming and want our users to enjoy the platform within the bounds of entertainment.

• Each account can set deposit limits, loss limits, and session time limits.
• The self-exclusion feature lets you take a break from betting for a set period of time.
• If a gambling problem is identified, the Jilebd team will reach out directly to offer support.
